Return Policy*

- We are
more than happy to help you with your returns or exchanges, please
read the below information carefully.
- Due to
our enforced policies we recommend that you try your new clothing
on your child as soon as possible to determine if any returns or
exchanges will be necessary:
- Sale
and sample items are final sale, nonreturnable and not subject for
exchange.

Full
price merchandise up to $200 may be returned for a refund less
shipping WITHIN 14 days of the Ollypop delivery date (the day it
leaves the store). All returns/exchanges must have their tags attached. Merchandise
that is not neatly returned in original plastic will be charged a 5% fee for
merchandise
care
and repackaging.
- Refunds
are available UP TO $200.
- We are
absolutley unable to accept returns over
$200.
- There
is a 5% credit card fee added to returns between $150.00 and
$200.00.
- Returns
received after 14 days will be charged a 10% restocking fee, and
are subject for store credit only (this store credit will be valid
for 30 days from the date issued).
- After 21
days Ollypop will not accept any merchandise for return or
exchange and any merchandise that is sent back to Ollypop will be
returned to the customer.
- Please
send an e-mail to Billing@ollypop.com
with
your name, the reason and items you will be returning. We will not
process returns, or accept merchandise unless an e-mail has
previously been received and Ollypop is aware of the
return.
- Your
returns MUST be sent with a copy of your
order.
- *All
claims regarding damages must be made within 4 days of receiving
the item. Ollypop will not be responsible for claims made after
this period. Any damaged merchandise to be returned must have all
tags still attached.*

Even-exchanges
will not be charged extra postage. Returns that make an original order fall
below the free shipping limit will be charged the cost of the shipping.
- Sale and
sample items are final sale and
nonreturnable.
- International
orders are sent via airmail, Ollypop cannot and will not be
responsible for packages once they are collected by the US
carrier. International customers are buying at their own
risk. We will not reimburse for any lost
goods/packages.
