PAYMENT

Ordering online via our secure processor is the quickest method to place an order. Ollypop accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express, we also accept Paypal Payments.

INTERNATIONAL "holdover policy": International orders placed with an non US credit card will go through an additional series of security checks. To speed up this process please provide a business or local email address (not a free email account such as Hotmail or Yahoo), the name and phone number of the bank that issued the credit card (located on the back of the card), the CVM code imprinted on the card, the exact name with middle initial on the credit card, and the exact billing address and the phone number. You can provide this information in the box at the checkout or you can email it to us. If this information is not provided we will send you an email requesting the information.

US SHIPPING

US orders are sent USPS Priority Mail and are generally shipped same or next business day. Overnight/Express delivery is available at additional costs, please e-mail for prices (please let us know the items you are interested in so that we can give you an accurate price).

Postage costs for both US and international orders are calculated at the checkout. Just proceed to the checkout and select the region that you are shipping to.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders are sent via standard first class airmail, Ollypop cannot and will not be responsible for packages once they are collected by the US carrier. International customers are buying at their own risk. If you need a tracking number for overseas orders, packages will have to go Express Mail. This can be arranged after the order has been placed, please just send an email and we will be happy to help. Overseas customers will have to pay the exact shipping cost for Express Mail.
